Description:

Visup's OECG project involves the development of an optimized business management model that is structured through specific interventions in three areas:

  1. Work organization (workflow);
  2. Financial management monitoring;
  3. Creation of case studies for commercial and marketing use.

Objectives and results:

The purposes related to the OECG project mainly concern overcoming very specific criticalities historically encountered in the different functions of the company to the point of being identified as critical areas of intervention and considered priorities for the company.

Thanks to the involvement of professionals and companies with targeted skills, 3 models were developed to improve company performance with a very positive impact on the workflow in terms of:

  • Better planning and execution of activities related to orders through an agile framework completely tailored to the company's needs;
  • Better monitoring and control of the company's financial management through the development of a tool for monitoring accounting flows and forecasting cash flow;
  • B2B marketing skills through training and the creation of a case study template.

Project: Connected Intelligence Plant

Description:

The Connected Intelligence Platform (CIP) project stems from the desire to provide new business opportunities to companies in the metal-mechanical sector through the valorization of their data collected through sensorization and connection of their products to the cloud. Through the CIP platform, we believe we can accelerate the digital transformation process of companies in this sector by integrating a service component to a product-centric vision, capable of immediately generating new business opportunities and an important competitive advantage in an already global market.

Objectives and results:

The result will be the development of an Industrial IoT cloud platform that will give Digi C. a competitive advantage in the verticalization of solutions dedicated to Industry 4.0 themes and in particular to connected products/machinery.

The product fits within the metal-mechanical supply chain in the specialization lines and related development trajectory of the Region's Smart Specialization Strategy, with particular reference to Solutions and technologies for integrated design and product innovation/intelligent machines through ICT technologies for data collection, transmission and analysis.

Description:

Following the national health emergency situation, Visup had to convert the entire operations of its employees to remote mode, especially those concerning the administrative-financial part and the organizational-project part, which were previously discussed in person at our office. Following the development of some critical issues regarding internal and external communication, a management consulting company was identified to handle the company's organizational analysis and the reconnaissance of work flows. After this first phase, a course will be provided to management to address the issues highlighted and to optimize the process; in addition to these activities, the purchase of portable IT supports for employees without them is planned.

Objectives and results:

The reorganization of business processes to ensure full operational capability and work continuity even in agile mode.
